Illustration Friday "Open"
Hey everyone here is my take on this weeks Illo Friday topic "Open". After I heard the topic I couldn't help but think of a glowing Open neon sign! Bzzzzzz There are some additional things I'm hoping to add to the pic when I get some time in the next couple days. Hope you dig it!

What a super cool place to hang with the grooviest of monsters. It's one of those designs you can't stop looking at and there are so many surprises to find each time. I love your work, it makes me smile from ear to ear. The show in Cali wouldn't be complete without this piece. :D

Wow, there's no accounting for taste. This dang shoulda been in the show. Better than many of the finalists. This really ought to be a print for sale, I just love your characters and composition, and textures and contrast... etc, most excellent illo!

wow this is so great: the whole composition and design is perfect. Must have been fun to design the different silhouettes in the windows. I like the reflected light onto the house near the signs. I like the background, a perfect design of dark forest trees. The more I look at it the more I find that is cool. Somehow I never saw this one as I was voting...i would have voted for it :(
